Man's Best Friend
There are three important ways dogs help us humans. To begin with, dogs are great assistants for police officers. Some of the jobs police dogs do include searching for drugs and explosives, locating missing people, finding crime scene evidence with their strong sense of smell, and attacking people targeted by the police. Dogs are also great hunters, which is another reason as to why they serve as great partners. For most dogs, scent, sight, and smell drives hunting behavior and are used to both identify and locate prey. Lastly but most importantly, a dog is a man's best friend. No other pet animal could be as energetic, loving, caring, and friendly as a dog can be.
